About Me

I am a researcher in-training with a passion for open source software development. I have a keen interest in improving program performance which usually makes me delve into many closely-related areas of operating systems, computer architecture and compiler technology. I believe that parallel programming is no where as ubiquitous as it needs to be and safe programming languages like Rust should be widely used.

I received my bachelor's degree from the Computer Science and Engineering department at IIT Kharagpur in 2008. Before joining Georgia Tech, I worked in the emulation division of Mentor Graphics, India.
